　　2015聯(lián)考英語二的小作文題目是“通知”，很多MBA考生因?yàn)閷τ⒄Z二了解不多，對此類型作文復(fù)習(xí)不足，導(dǎo)致考場失利，為了避免2016的考生們再次遭遇作文的滑鐵盧，現(xiàn)在就這類型的作文為大家做一講解。

　　告示類應(yīng)用文的寫法各不相同，但大致上也有統(tǒng)一的格式和要求。比如，首先要寫明告示的種類，如尋子啟事(Child Lost)，遺失啟事(Lost)，招領(lǐng)啟事(Found)，遷移啟事(Removal)，征稿啟事(Contributions Wanted)，鳴謝(Acknowledgements)，招標(biāo)啟事(Invitation for Bids)，更正啟事(Corrections)，開會(huì)通知(Notices)，海報(bào)(Poster)，公約(Pact)，守則或規(guī)則(Rules)，書刊介紹(Preface)等。然后注明日期，接著便是公告的內(nèi)容，最后是公告單位或個(gè)人的署名。

　　告示類應(yīng)用文的標(biāo)題非常重要，要求點(diǎn)明告示的主旨，一般為詞組性短語，基本結(jié)構(gòu)如：名詞+過去分詞，如：Contributions Wanted(征稿啟事)，Child Lost(尋子啟事);現(xiàn)在分詞+名詞，如：Looking for a Spouse(征婚啟事)，Exchanging House(換房啟事);介詞結(jié)構(gòu)，如：Conditions for Car Rental(租車注意事項(xiàng))，Notice of Dismissal(免職通知)，Notice of a Decision(決定通知)，Christmas Clearance Sales(圣誕清倉大甩賣)等。

　　告示類應(yīng)用文的時(shí)態(tài)一般用現(xiàn)在時(shí)或?qū)頃r(shí)，也可以用現(xiàn)在進(jìn)行時(shí)表示近期即將發(fā)生的事情。

　　告示類應(yīng)用文如通知、啟事、便條等常用以下句型開頭：

　　English-Speaking Contest

　　In order to improve students’ability to speak English and enrich after-class activities, the Students’Union Department of English is organizing a school-wide English-speaking contest to be held on Saturday next week (8th September) at the Students’Recreational Center. Those who are interested in taking part in it may sign up with the monitor of theclassesbefore Thursday this week. Six overseas teachers will be invited to be the judges.
